If you have questions about FantaSlides products please call
us at 770-360-9002.
If your item is found to be defective we will replace the item. Not covered is
damage due to misuse,
improper care, and normal wear. Please refer to proper use and care instructions
provided.
If you are not satisfied with your FantaSlides product you
may return it within (30) thirty days from the date of sale
for a full refund (less shipping charges). Return shipping
is to be paid by the customer.
If you purchased our product from a dealer please contact that
dealer for return policy.
Prior to shipping your return:

Call 770-360-9002 or email return@fantaslides.com to get a tracking number assigned to your return. With
your email please include your name, address, daytime phone,
date, location of purchase. You must include your purchase
receipt. |

Return Items must be received within 7 days after a return
tracking number is assigned. |

Product must be returned in the original box with manual,
and all supplied hardware. |

Open boxes will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. |
